• ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:INSTRUMENT PANEL:FUEL GAUGE

  Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2024 GranTurismo and GranCabrio vehicles. The body control module (BCM) software may display an incorrect fuel level, which can result in an unexpected engine stall while driving.

• BACK OVER PREVENTION:SOFTWARE

  Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Grecale and 2024 GranTurismo vehicles. The Central Vision Park Assist Module (CVPAM) software may prevent the rearview image from displaying when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

• Infotainment/cluster software glitches $0 - $1,800

  Early-production software can freeze, reboot, drop Bluetooth/CarPlay, or trigger false warnings. Low mileage doesn’t prevent it because it’s firmware-related. Updates or module reprogramming usually resolves it; persistent faults may require head-unit or gateway replacement.

• Battery drain / start-stop or charging warnings $250 - $1,200

  Short trips, transport mode settings, or high standby draw from telematics can leave the 12V battery undercharged, causing start-stop disablement and random electrical faults. A battery test, software update, and parasitic-draw check are typical; battery replacement is sometimes needed.

• Brake squeal and rotor surface corrosion $300 - $2,500

  With very low miles, pads and rotors may not be properly bedded, and the car may sit, allowing surface rust and glazing. This often causes squeal or vibration at light braking. Cleaning, bedding, or pad replacement helps; rotors may need resurfacing or replacement.

• Minor fluid seepage (oil/coolant) from seals or fittings $200 - $2,000

  New engines can show small seepage at hose clamps, turbo oil lines, or gasket edges after heat cycles. It’s usually manageable but should be monitored to avoid low-fluid conditions. Repairs range from re-torquing fittings to replacing a line or seal and topping fluids.
